Who wants a DIY postcard?
email me (teahabd at gmail) and you will get one. I don’t care where you’re from. I will send it flying!
The actual picture.

Someone I know was recently rejected by Oxford. I don’t want to play the bad guy, but it strikes me as interesting that someone is in so much pain because an incredibly top school rejected them. It is NOT an access to happiness post graduation, nor is it necessary to succeed through life. People who attended top schools and have been beaten to the bone with academic frugality have similar...
Help out a non-American
I want to extend my visit to the US to visit my friend in Ohio. Anyone can suggest me any cheap airlines? I’ll be going to Ohio from San Diego.
reblog or e-mail: teahabd [at] gmail
Note to self:
Next time someone asks me what I want for my birthday (on 11 January), I should answer: “Money to buy my ticket to San Francisco.”
Because ‘nothing’ is a stupid answer that gets me nowhere.
Please watch this. It’s amazing.
Will text you later after I’m done. Bring Alaska.
– My text message to Vie. Yeah, bring Alaska. Carry the whole state on your shoulders.
I just realise how disgusting the spoofing is. I’ve no idea who in my inbox have received the e-mail since it’s not on my sent folder. This would suck balls if the NGOs I’ve been in contact with received the email. Agh!
My email got hit by spoofing again. sorry to anyone who received the email. that was not me. I am not a d-bag
Oh, someone please tell me I’m not the only one who thinks gladiator sandals/shoes are disgusting. PLEASE, ANYONE?
UN split over homosexuality laws →
This is a first in the international body (to have a resolution regarding homosexuality), so it’s not surprising that it’s not passed at the moment. But honestly, I don’t see it ever passing because, you know, punishing people for their sexual orientation is worse than governmental corruption and exploitation. No big deal*.

I’ve always been fascinated with people knitting, and any items that are knitted. I wanted a knitted scarf for so long, and Vie gave one to me back in June. I remember watching a girl knit a scarf in a bus on the way to campus once, and I actually didn’t want to go down the bus because I was so fascinated by her hand movements.
While I was in China, Momsicle found knitting needles and...

Back home for three weeks and then off to my very last semester in a uni that makes you look shitfaced with academic war wounds during graduation.

So, I’m done with Tales of Beedle the Bard (it’s beautiful.) Book #48 is Love is a Mixtape by Rob Sheffield.
This is the third book I’m reading today. -_-“
Books '08 update
Firstly, Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister is such a beautiful book.
Second: Book #47: Tales of Beedle the Bard by JK Rowling (YAAAY!!!)
Did I mention I got a free Hedwig plushie with my British edition Tales of Beedle the Bard copy? And I’m also getting the collector’s edition? I know. Such a whore.
Personal library
When I was 13, I made my own library for my classmates. This is due to the fact that the library in Brunei have very limited story books, and I was a bookworm whose family travelled a lot (ie. victims who I forced to splurge money for me!)
I would write the books that I have on my shelf onto an exercise lined book, pass it around the class and had people wrote down what they wanted to borrow....
The Day the Earth Stood Still
The 1951 version is my favourite sci-fi movie (also, my favourite movie to analyse for Philosophy and Film class). I want to be a complete elitist and say I don’t want to watch the remake, but foiled! It looks good.

Book #46: Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire.
Last night, after packing my dorm room and life into a box, I slept on a sheetless bed with no covers on my pilows and I realise just how lucky I am. Of what, I do not know.
does anyone know what koi fish living patterns are? I’ve been looking at the koi pond in my school and a few of them are chasing one particular fish. sometimes the whole school of koi’s join them, making it look like an assembly line. Is this a mating process or something?
I’m reading an essay I wrote two months ago and I sound like every other scholarly douchebags out there.
Wow...
I am just completely hurt right now.
I don't know fashion but...
I was a nerd back in secondary school. Not like the kind who would have their pants all hiked up (I wore a skirt. It was sort of hiked up because I was tall and my skirt was… long.) I wore mary-janes Doc Martens through secondary school, had a huge back pack filled with books (always back packs*) and was confirmed a nerd when I started wearing glasses on my last year of secondary school.

I'm the one with the long name. My brother is the...
Okay, you're not going to understand this, but this had me laughing for over 5 minutes (true fact)
